Last Saturday, May 31st, the energy at Fitzroy & Co was absolutely electric. Est rolled out the red carpet for our incredible residents, transforming Level 10 into an exclusive playground of glitz, glamour, and a little friendly wagering!

From the moment our stylish residents stepped out of the elevators, it was clear this wasn’t just any Saturday night. Everyone came dressed to impress, truly embodying the Est spirit of sophisticated living and effortless style.
The main area of Level 10 was completely transformed into a high-stakes (well, fake stakes!) casino, brimming with the exhilarating clatter of chips and the buzz of anticipation. Blackjack tables saw intense strategic plays, while the roulette wheel spun its way to cheers and groans, all fuelled by our very own, highly coveted Est currency.
Just off the casino floor, our cinema room, usually a hub for relaxed movie nights, underwent a sensational makeover, becoming the ultimate photobooth haven. Our residents truly flaunted it, striking poses and unleashing their inner supermodels – and believe us, the camera loved them!
The competition was fierce, but in the end, there could only be one ultimate winner. We’re thrilled to announce that after a night of daring bets and calculated risks, our overall casino champion walked away with the coveted Est Casino Night Trophy – a true testament to their strategic prowess!
And because style is always a winning hand at Est, we also celebrated the epitome of elegance with our “Best Dressed Couple” award. The sartorial standards were incredibly high, making the judging a delightful challenge! Congratulations to our impeccably dressed duo who truly stole the show.
Of course, no Est event would be complete without exquisite refreshments. Our dedicated cocktail bar was a huge hit, serving up delicious concoctions that perfectly complemented the array of delectable finger foods circulating throughout the night. It was the perfect pairing of sophisticated sips and delightful bites, keeping everyone energized for a night of fun.
