Riverline is On Track and Moving Forward

There’s been steady progress this year at Riverline, Est’s flagship Build-to-Rent project located at 25 River Boulevard, Richmond.

Since structural works commenced on site earlier in January, bulk excavation and retention works have been completed, now progressing into the main structure phase, alongside construction partner L.U. Simon Builders. This milestone lays the groundwork for the next phase, with service trades and facade installation scheduled for Q3 this year.

Once complete, the development will deliver 476 residences across six buildings, designed as a collection of connected neighbourhoods. Landscaped areas, shared amenities and a mix of indoor and outdoor environments will support flexible living and create opportunities for connection, while allowing each building to maintain its own identity.

As Riverline moves through the next stage of construction, the team’s focus remains on delivering thoughtfully considered rental housing positioned along the Yarra River, for the Richmond locale.
