Est, in partnership with Weston Rumbold Art Projects (WRAP), successfully delivered a week-long program celebrating design, sustainability, creativity and community at Park House, Abbotsford.
The collaboration transformed Park House into a vibrant cultural destination, showcasing how thoughtfully activated spaces can foster meaningful connections and enrich the communities around them.

Welcoming more than 800 visitors across the program, the event showcased the work of over 20 Australian artists and designers, featured five public events, and hosted multiple sold-out workshops. A highlight of the program was an immersive zero-waste dining experience, demonstrating innovative approaches to sustainable design and creative practice.
The success of Melbourne Design Week at Park House reflects Est’s commitment to creating communities that extend beyond residential living. By bringing together art, design, food and conversation, the program demonstrated how our spaces can become platforms for cultural engagement, connection and shared experiences.
The expansion of Salta and Est’s footprint within the Victoria Gardens precinct marks another step in the evolution of the area as a vibrant cultural destination, bringing together diverse communities and delivering lasting value through a strong sense of place and neighbourhood connection.
