What appliances/white goods are provided in the apartment?
All apartments are fitted with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, and dryer. We have partnered with Electrolux who supply high-quality appliances.
Do you offer furnished apartments?
Yes, we have both one and two bedrooms available with furniture. Our furnished apartments are fitted with bespoke pieces from Globe West.
Can I really bring my pets?
Absolutely! We love pets at Est, subject to breed restriction, we accept up to three pets per apartment. We even have a pet park and spa for your furry friends to enjoy!
Is parking available?
Yes, we offer secure undercover parking with storage. Our secure car park is designed for inner-city living, for the professional on the go! Our car spaces are fit for medium (Mazda Cx5 and Kia Sportage) to small cars (VW Golf). These are subject to availability at an additional fee.
Are there storage cages available?
Yes, we have free-standing storage cages available in a secure room that vary in size. These are subject to availability at an additional fee.
Can I make changes to my apartment?
Yes, indeed! We want you to feel right at home and encourage you to personalize your space through minor modifications. Whether it’s painting a wall, hanging pictures or installing additional lighting, just let us know what you have in mind, and we’ll guide you through it. When you move out, it’s your responsibility to ensure the apartment is returned in the same condition as when you moved in.
Can I use my own internet provider?
Absolutely! You’re welcome to choose your own service provider and make arrangements with them. Alternatively, we also have a provider available for Est residents.
